As the former SVP of Sales at Databricks, Jerry grew ARR from $15 million to $1.5 billion and built a sales team of over 300 professionals across the Americas. His expertise in revenue growth, value-selling frameworks, and industry vertical models has positioned him as a go-to resource for high-growth companies in Silicon Valley.

Matt Weisbarth began his career in private markets in 2010 while running the international trading desk at Chardan Capital Markets. In 2015, he joined Strategas to lead the Private Market Transaction (PMT) team, focusing on two key areas: trading late-stage, VC-backed technology companies and structuring SPVs for strategic investments.
In 2020, Matt partnered with Merritt Quirk to co-manage the PMT group at Strategas, building a platform for private market trading and SPV management. In January 2021, Matt and Merritt co-founded QW to expand these efforts, splitting their focus between institutional trading of private secondary transactions and managing SPVs.
To date, QW has facilitated over $2 billion in secondary deals, underscoring its commitment to delivering innovative liquidity solutions and exceptional value for clients.
Merritt Quirk brings over a decade of experience in private market platforms and liquidity solutions.
As an institutional sales leader at Forge Global, Merritt scaled the firm’s franchise from under $10 million to a multi-billion-dollar operation, expanding its institutional investor base to over 200 firms globally.
